Welcome to my miniature wargaming site.

As you browse through the pages, you will discover some of the many facets which make this hobby so engaging…

·        the hand painting of the miniature figures (each in 25mm scale)

·        the modelling of the terrain features, the hills, woods, rivers, villages which make up the battlefields over which the miniature armies fight

·        the research into the uniforms, the armies, and the strategies of a by-gone age

·        the recreation of battles on the tabletop, pitting your tactical wits against an opponent and shaking hands at the end of an evening's game, before returning the soldiers to their glass display cabinet, having overturned history or changed the course of a campaign.

I will put up a newsletter (“Broadside”) on a regular basis (monthly). This will be packed with hints and tips on painting figures and modelling, plus project updates, scenarios, battle reports and “tales from the frontline”.  Do come back and visit whenever you want to  find fresh information, inspiration  and ideas.
